Coronavirus-related Shipping Delays and Customer Support

Shipping and Transit Delay: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Government authorities have instructed organizations to work with reduced work force. Hence, our courier partners are working with reduced work force. Please expect a delay in the delivery of your shipments. Thank you for your understanding.

Products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. To ensure your safety, the Delivery Agent will drop the package at your doorstep, ring the doorbell and then move back 2 meters while waiting for you to collect your package. If you are in a containment zone, the agent will notify you and request you to collect your package from the nearest accessible point while following the same No-Contact delivery process.

Our warehouse is still operational, and every precaution is being taken. We are still fulfilling orders on a daily basis but things are moving slower than they would be in normal circumstances. Please be patient as we work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, with everyone’s safety in mind.

Certain locations, especially larger cities, are experiencing additional delays. We have temporarily suspended shipping to some locations. Any orders that have shipped and are not yet delivered will remain in transit (or returned to sender) until delivery service provider resumes service. It also means any unfulfilled orders will be held until further notice.

As the situation around the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold, our customer support staff is working remotely in limited capacity. Due to this our support team will be reachable only between 10 AM to 7 PM IST.
